Το φως γλιστρά πάνω από γυαλιστερές επιφάνειες και καθιερώνεται σε καθαρές και γαλακτώδεις επιφάνειες — ένα φυσικό έργο τέχνης που σχηματίστηκε μέσα σε ηφαιστειακό βράχο με την πάροδο του χρόνου. Δροσερό στην αφή, καθαρό στο προφίλ, ήσυχα φωτεινό. ✨

Αυτό το λευκό σύμπλεγμα αποφυλλίτη δείχνει μια φωτεινή γυαλιστερή λάμψη, που κυμαίνεται από διαφανές έως απαλά θολό. Τα διαπλεκόμενα κρύσταλλα υψώνονται σε αιχμηρές απολήξεις, με εσωτερικές ρωγμές και μικροσκοπικές εγκλείσεις που αιχμαλωτίζουν το φως. Μερικά κομμάτια ακουμπούν σε σκούρο γκρι έως μαύρο βασαλτικό μήτρα, μια εντυπωσιακή αντίθεση που πλαισιώνει την ανάπτυξη και εντείνει τη λάμψη. Ακατέργαστο και μη γυαλισμένο, οι άκρες παραμένουν πιστές στη γη. 🪨

Σχηματίστηκε στις κοιλότητες των ροών βασάλτη Deccan της Ινδίας, η αποφυλλίτης εκτιμάται από συλλέκτες για τη διαύγεια και τις αντανακλαστικές επιφάνειές της. Το όνομα προέρχεται από ελληνικές ρίζες που σημαίνουν «ξεφλουδίζω», μια αναφορά στο τέλειο σπάσιμο και τα ευαίσθητα στρώματα — μια μικρή ορυκτολογική ιστορία που μπορείτε να κρατήσετε.

Περίπου 20–30 mm· 10–30 g. Κάθε κομμάτι είναι μοναδικό, με φυσικές διακυμάνσεις στο μέγεθος, το σχήμα και τη διαύγεια. Πωλείται ως ένα μεμονωμένο σύμπλεγμα.
