La fragranza
Il gelsomino è uno dei grandi materiali classici per profumi, usato in tutto il Sud Asia da secoli in ghirlande, offerte e profumeria. Il suo carattere è ricco e floreale-bianco con una dolcezza morbida sotto, presente senza essere pungente, persistente senza diventare pesante. Questi bastoncini trasmettono bene quel calore, rilasciando la fragranza in modo costante mentre bruciano.
La produzione
Ogni bastoncino è un incenso con anima: un sottile spillo di bambù ricoperto da una pasta miscelata con erbe e materiali profumati. Questa è la forma standard di produzione dell’incenso indiano, dove la pasta viene arrotolata sull’anima e asciugata prima del confezionamento. La gamma di incensi hex è prodotta in India, dove questo stile di incenso è stato perfezionato nel corso delle generazioni. Il packaging è riciclabile.
Come bruciare
Accendi la punta ricoperta e lasciala prendere fuoco per qualche secondo, poi soffia la fiamma in modo che la punta si illumini di arancione. Appoggia l’estremità di bambù nuda in un portaincenso resistente al calore o in un raccoglicenere e lascia bruciare. Ogni bastoncino brucia per circa 30 minuti. Usalo in una stanza ventilata e non lasciare mai un bastoncino acceso incustodito.
