Delivery is free once your country's minimum order value is reached; below that it's calculated at checkout. Your basket shows how close you are to free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Will I receive a tracking number?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once it's approved, you have a further 30 days to send the item back. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and complete with all parts.

Are there items you can't take back?

For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetics can't be returned.
