La nocciola proviene da Corylus avellana, il nocciolo comune. Questo olio è di origine italiana.
Come inserirlo in una routine tranquilla
Usa l’olio vettore di nocciola per diluire gli oli essenziali prima di applicarli sulla pelle. Aggiungi con parsimonia l’olio essenziale scelto all’olio vettore, mescola bene e applica la miscela come olio per il corpo, olio da massaggio o semplice base per la cura della pelle.
Per l’uso quotidiano, versa prima una piccola quantità sulle mani pulite. Scaldalo tra i palmi, quindi distribuiscilo sulla pelle con movimenti lenti e uniformi.
Cura pratica
Tieni il tappo chiuso tra un utilizzo e l’altro e conserva la bottiglia lontano dal calore. Quando prepari le miscele, usa mani o utensili puliti e asciutti, soprattutto se travasi l’olio in bottiglie più piccole.
Come per qualsiasi olio usato sulla pelle, fai prima una prova su una piccola area. Evita il contorno occhi e non usare il prodotto su pelle lesa o irritata.
