Il profumo

Miscela profumata, arrotolata a mano in India
È un incenso in stile masala, realizzato mescolando materiali profumati, vanillina, cumarina e polveri di yara yara, con un accordo di profumo che ricrea il carattere terroso del vetiver. Non contiene esclusivamente radice botanica di vetiver, ma la miscela è studiata per riprodurne il calore profondo e resinoso.
Come bruciarlo
Accendi la punta rivestita, lasciala ardere per qualche secondo, poi soffia sulla fiamma finché la punta diventa rossa e inizia a fumare. Inserisci l’estremità non rivestita in un portaincenso resistente al calore o in un raccoglicenere. Brucialo in una stanza ventilata e non lasciarlo mai incustodito. Dopo che il fumo si è dissolto, il profumo resta delicatamente sui tessuti e sul legno.
Dall’India
Questi bastoncini masala sono prodotti in India, dove le tradizioni di lavorazione dell’incenso si tramandano da decenni. Il vetiver è una fragranza più discreta della gamma masala, meno conosciuta del Nag Champa o del Patchouli, ma realizzata con la stessa cura nella miscelazione e con una combustione lenta e uniforme.
