Amestecul de rooibos
Acesta este un ceai din plante pe bază de rooibos, nu un ceai adevărat din Camellia sinensis. Rezultatul este moale, condimentat și ușor fructat, mai aproape de un budincă de mere decât de un ceai de fructe acru.
Cum să-l prepari
Folosește 2-3 g la 200 ml de apă la 95°C, apoi lasă la infuzat 4-5 minute. Rooibos este iertător, așa că își păstrează netezimea bine, chiar și când dorești o ceașcă puțin mai intensă și rotunjită.
O ceașcă lentă pentru pauze mici
Toarnă-l când vrei ceva cald și parfumat, fără să faci o ceremonie din asta. Mărul și scorțișoara se potrivesc deosebit de bine după-amiezelor târzii, serilor liniștite sau unei cești lângă birou, savurate încet între sarcini.
Rooibos, din Africa de Sud
Rooibos este puternic asociat cu Africa de Sud, unde a fost mult timp savurat ca o infuzie natural fără cofeină. Aroma sa este mai blândă decât cea a ceaiului negru, cu o profunzime dulceagă, asemănătoare mierii, care poartă bine condimentele dulci și fructele. În acest amestec, baza delicată lasă mărul, scorțișoara și nota de iaurt să se simtă confortabil, nu zaharat.
