Unsere Yogi Spice Blend ist ein loser, handgeschnittener Quartett: Zimtrinde, Ingwerwurzel, Nelkenknospen und schwarzer Pfeffer. Unregelmäßige Stücke und kleine „Nägel“ aus Nelken zeigen Töne von Hellbraun bis Dunkelbraun, matt und erdig. Beim Ziehen entfaltet sich das Aroma – sanfter Zimt, heller Ingwer, süße Nelke, ein pfeffriger Akzent. Die Tasse leuchtet bernsteinfarben, rund und sanft süß, mit einem lebendigen Abgang, der warm am Gaumen verweilt. 🌿

Zubereitung

Wärmen Sie Ihre Tasse vor. Verwenden Sie etwa 4 g (1 gehäufter TL) pro 200 ml Wasser.
Gießen Sie Wasser bei ca. 95 °C auf. Ziehen lassen 5–10 Minuten, bis zur gewünschten Intensität probieren.
Für eine chai-ähnliche Fülle 10 Minuten sanft in Wasser oder Milch köcheln lassen.
