50 g pussi kanelista mustaa teetä. Irtolehtinen artesaanitee – selkeä parannus makuun, aromiin ja haudutusrituaaliin verrattuna teepusseihin. Yksinkertainen, lämmittävä yhdistelmä mustaa teetä ja kanelia. Maustettu, mutta ei monimutkainen – juuri sellainen kuppi, joka sopii kylmään iltapäivään ilman lisäyksiä.

Mitä saat

50 g irtolehtistä kanelista mustaa teetä – noin 20–25 kuppia vahvuudesta riippuen.
Yksinkertainen, lämmittävä yhdistelmä mustaa teetä ja kanelia. Maustettu, mutta ei monimutkainen – juuri sellainen kuppi, joka sopii kylmään iltapäivään ilman lisäyksiä.
Irtolehtimuoto antaa lehtien avautua täysin kuumassa vedessä, vapauttaen enemmän makua ja aromia kuin murskatut teepussin sisällöt.

Kuinka hauduttaa

Hauduta vastakeitetyssä vedessä 3–5 minuuttia. Kanelin maku vahvistuu pidemmän haudutusajan myötä, joten säädä haudutusaika mieltymyksesi mukaan. Käytä noin teelusikallinen per kuppi. Siivilöi ja nauti. Säädä vahvuutta ja haudutusaikaa oman makusi mukaan – oikeaa tapaa ei ole.

Säilytys

Säilytä ilmatiiviissä astiassa poissa valolta, lämmöltä ja kosteudelta. Oikea säilytys pitää teen tuoreena ja maukkaana kuukausia.
