Anna sen kuivua ilmavasti äläkä jätä sitä seisovaan veteen, sillä puun on hyvä saada kuivua kylpyjen välillä.
Arjessa
Moni huomaa, että rauhallinen, toistuva liike tyynnyttää hermostunutta eläintä samalla kun se puhdistaa turkkia. Muutama kiireetön minuutti tällä harjalla voi muuttaa askareen pieneksi yhteiseksi rutiiniksi. Harja sopii myös hellävaraiseen turkin harjaamiseen ennen kylpyä, sillä se irrottaa kuolleita karvoja ennen kuin ne päätyvät viemäriin.
