Kako upotrebljavati ulja
Nekoliko kapi u difuzoru ili uljnom plameniku zamirisat će prostoriju. Za kupku ili masažu najprije pomiješajte ulje s baznim uljem. Eterična ulja su koncentrirana: uvijek ih razrijedite prije nanošenja na kožu, najprije napravite test na malom dijelu kože, držite ih podalje od očiju i izvan dohvata djece te se prije upotrebe u trudnoći posavjetujte sa stručnjakom. Bočice, kao i prostoriju koju mirisom ispunjavate, držite podalje od mačaka i pasa.
