Viileä koskettaa, tämä kiillotettu ametistikärki näyttää syvän violetin, joka vaihtuu lempeään liilaan valon kulkiessa puoliläpinäkyvän rungon läpi. Lasimainen pinta heijastaa rauhallista kiiltoa, ja kärki kohoaa hiljaisella tarkkuudella. 💜

Epäsymmetrinen fasetoitu muoto, jossa on yksittäinen terävä kärki ja tasainen pohja pystysuoraa esillepanoa varten. Keskivahva violetti, jossa hienovaraisia pilvimäisiä sulkeumia ja hienoja sisäisiä suonia; sileä, heijastava kiilto ja terävät reunat. Korkeus noin 5,5–6,5 cm.

Ametisti on violetti kvartsin lajike, jota arvostetaan eri kulttuureissa – kreikkalaisesta "amethystos"-sanasta keskiaikaiseen eurooppalaiseen koristeluun.
