Comment le préparer
Utilisez 2-3 g pour 200 ml d’eau à 95°C, puis laissez infuser 4-5 minutes. Le rooibos est indulgent, il conserve bien sa douceur, même si vous souhaitez une tasse un peu plus corsée et ronde.
Une tasse lente pour de petites pauses
Versez-le quand vous voulez quelque chose de chaud et parfumé sans en faire une cérémonie. La pomme et la cannelle conviennent particulièrement aux fins d’après-midi, aux soirées calmes, ou à une théière posée sur le bureau partagée lentement entre deux tâches.
Le rooibos, d’Afrique du Sud
Le rooibos est fortement associé à l’Afrique du Sud, où il est apprécié depuis longtemps comme une infusion naturellement sans caféine. Sa saveur est plus douce que celle du thé noir, avec une profondeur mielée et douce qui met particulièrement bien en valeur les épices sucrées et les fruits. Dans ce mélange, cette base douce permet à la pomme, à la cannelle et à la note de type yaourt de rester chaleureuses sans être sucrées.
