Os paus da Satya são fabricados na Índia segundo o método tradicional masala: uma pasta de resinas em pó, substâncias botânicas e fragrância é enrolada à mão num fino núcleo de bambu e depois seca. A fórmula privilegia a fragrância: a vanilina e a cumarina são aromatizantes químicos sintéticos que lhe conferem um carácter intenso e doce, enquanto a yara yara (uma resina natural de árvore) lhe dá calor e corpo. É uma mistura assumida de ingredientes naturais e idênticos aos naturais, típica do estilo acessível e intensamente aromático da Satya. Arde com mais intensidade e doçura do que um pau feito exclusivamente de ingredientes botânicos.
Como o acender
Acenda a ponta revestida, deixe a chama arder durante alguns segundos e depois sopre-a para que a brasa fique incandescente. Coloque a extremidade sem revestimento num suporte resistente ao calor ou num recipiente para cinzas. Estes paus mantêm-se na vertical por si só. Queime num espaço ventilado e nunca os deixe sem vigilância. Cada pau arde normalmente durante cerca de 30 a 60 minutos, dependendo da circulação do ar, mas a fragrância permanece na divisão durante bastante mais tempo.
