Холодное, прозрачное стекло располагается на вручную отделанном основании из индонезийской паразитной древесины — встреча текучей формы и приземлённой текстуры. Пока сосуд ещё тёплый, его ставят на дерево, чтобы он расслабился в каждую бороздку, создавая посадку, уникальную для этого изделия. 🌿🪵

Стекло имеет тонкий аква-зелёный оттенок, гладкое и блестящее с крошечными пузырьками воздуха, которые мягко мерцают на свету. Его округлое, асимметричное тело раскрывается мягким расширением; снизу волнообразный контур повторяет неровную поверхность дерева, так что два материала кажутся естественно соединёнными.

Основание — это естественно сформировавшийся рост светло- и средне-коричневой древесины с более тёмными акцентами — текстура, сучки и грубые края оставлены честными. В Индонезии мастера часто позволяют таким формам направлять процесс создания, уважая характер материала, а не навязывая ему свою волю. Здесь история дерева формирует место покоя сосуда.
