- Pod sladšími tóny se ukrývá yara yara, jemný aromatický prášek s vůní pomerančových květů, díky němuž směs nikdy nepůsobí přeslazeně.
- Kouř je jemný a dlouho se drží, aniž by byl příliš intenzivní, takže tyčinku můžete snadno zapálit i v malé místnosti nebo při čtení.
- Má bohatou vůni kadidla typu masala, jehož práškované složky jsou naneseny na bambusové jádro, nikoli lehký, prchavý charakter japonských vonných tyčinek.
Ručně vyráběno v Indii
Kadidlo Satya se vyrábí v Bengalúru tradiční metodou masala: práškované pryskyřice, dřevo a vonné složky se smíchají s pojivem, ručně se nanesou na tenké bambusové tyčinky a nechají se uschnout. Výsledkem je silnější tyčinka, která hoří pomaleji a má výraznější vůni než namáčené kadidlo nebo tyčinky s uhlíkovým jádrem. Každá tyčinka se vyrábí ručně, takže se jejich tloušťka i způsob hoření mírně liší.
Jak ho zapálit
Zapalte potažený konec a nechte plamen několik sekund hořet, pak ho sfoukněte, aby konec žhnul. Nepotažený konec postavte do stojánku nebo položte do popelníku a nechte pootevřené okno. Masala kadidlo kouří víc než jemné japonské druhy. Obvykle hoří třicet až pětačtyřicet minut, ale záleží na tloušťce jednotlivých tyčinek. Nikdy ho nenechávejte bez dozoru.
Motiv stromu života
Strom života se objevuje v mnoha kulturách, od severského Yggdrasilu po kabalistický Eč chajim, jako symbol růstu, propojení a cyklů obnovy. Satya tímto názvem odkazuje na zakořenění a myšlenku návratu do vyrovnaného, pevného stavu, samotná vůně je však moderní směsí masala, nikoli historickou recepturou.
