Το φως γλιστρά πάνω από το γαλακτερό λευκό σεληνίτη, αντανακλώντας στις λεπτές κάθετες ραβδώσεις καθώς αυτός ο πολύεδρος πύργος στέκεται ήρεμος και καθαρός, με την αιχμηρή και φωτεινή μύτη του. 🌙

Από το Μαρόκο, αυτός είναι ο σεληνίτης (γύψος) σχηματισμένος σε μια επιμηκυμένη, πολύεδρη στήλη με ίσιες πλευρές, σταθερή επίπεδη βάση και αιχμηρά σχηματισμένη πυραμιδοειδή κορυφή. Το σώμα είναι ημιδιαφανές προς απαλά αδιαφανές προς τη βάση, με σατινέ, ελαφρώς ματ λάμψη. Περίπου μέγεθος: Υ 20 εκ × Π 4 εκ· βάρος περίπου 700 γρ. Η φυσική γραμμική υφή εκτείνεται από τη βάση μέχρι την κορυφή, έτσι κάθε κομμάτι είναι μοναδικό.

Ονομάστηκε από τη Σελήνη, τη θεά της σελήνης στην ελληνική μυθολογία, ο σεληνίτης αναφέρεται σε πολλές παραδόσεις κρυστάλλων για τους δεσμούς του με τα τσακρά του στέμματος και του τρίτου ματιού και συχνά συνδέεται με τον Ταύρο στους σύγχρονους ζωδιακούς οδηγούς.
