Valmistettu kiinalaisesta mustasta teestä perinteisellä tavalla — kuihdutettu, rullattu, täysin hapetettu ja sitten huolellisesti paahdettu — tämä kuppi kantaa pyöreää kehoa ja jälkiruokamaista lämpöä. Tumma kaakao ja paahdettu sokeri avautuvat vivahteina, päättyen pehmeästi ja rauhallisesti. Lisää vähän maitoa tai kasvipohjainen kumppani, niin siitä tulee pehmeä ja kermaisa, hiljainen nyökkäys suosikkibrownielle, jota jaetaan ikkunan ääressä talvi-iltapäivänä. 🍫
