Аромат раскрывается слоями: сначала сухой, камфорный шалфей; затем смолистое, слегка сладковатое сердце; и мягкое минерально-ашовое послевкусие, которое задерживается без тяжести. Белый шалфей (Salvia apiana) произрастает в юго-западных регионах Северной Америки; в нескольких коренных традициях его дым использовался в церемониальных обрядах для обозначения значимых моментов и приглашения к уважительному вниманию.
