Náš Yogi Spice Blend je voľná, ručne rezaná štvorica: škoricová kôra, koreň zázvoru, púčiky klinčeka a čierne korenie. Nepravidelné kúsky a malé „klince“ klinčeka sa usadzujú v tónoch od béžovej po tmavohnedú, matnú a zemité. Keď sa lúhuje, aróma sa otvára — jemná škorica, svieži zázvor, sladký klinček, korenistý nádych. Šálka žiari jantárovo, okrúhla a jemne sladká, s živým záverom, ktorý na podnebí zostáva teplý. 🌿

Ako pripraviť

Ohrievajte šálku. Použite asi 4 g (1 kopcovitá čajová lyžička) na 200 ml vody.
Nalejte vodu pri ~95 °C. Lúhujte 5–10 minút, ochutnávajte podľa želanej intenzity.
Pre chai podobnú bohatú chuť jemne varte 10 minút vo vode alebo mlieku.
