Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you have an additional 30 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Preferably returned in the original packaging
  • Complete, with all parts and accessories included

Items that are used, damaged due to handling, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cosmetics, wellness, or personal-care products
  • Opened aromatherapy items (including essential oils)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us by email and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions (usually within 1–2 business days).
  3. Send the item back following the provided instructions. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 1–3 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return Shipping & Additional Fees

  • Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer
  • Return shipping is covered by us only if the return is due to our mistake or where required by consumer law
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and similar fees charged by local authorities are non-refundable
