Honighelder glas ontmoet warm gamalhout in een stille balans van vorm en gevoel. Met de hand gevormd in Indonesië, verzacht de kom in de contouren van zijn houten basis, waardoor een klein stuk functionele kunst ontstaat dat gemakkelijk in huis past. 🌿

Het vat is transparant geel met een dikke, afgeronde rand—glad onder de vingertoppen en zachtjes zwaar. De vrije vorm behoudt een glanzende, vloeiende lijn, terwijl de onderkant subtiel is ingedeukt om in het onregelmatige oppervlak van het hout te nestelen. De basis heeft licht- tot middeldonkerbruine tinten met zichtbare nerf en knoesten, mat en tastbaar. Samen vormt het contrast een kalm en sculpturaal geheel: glas dat het licht vangt, hout dat het verankert. Kleine bubbels of vage markeringen in het glas weerspiegelen het handgemaakte karakter; geen twee zullen precies hetzelfde zijn. 💧

Plaats het op een nachtkastje voor ringen, op een bureau voor paperclips, of op een plank met een paar gedroogde blaadjes, schelpen of een luchtplantje. De compacte aanwezigheid past zowel in kleine ruimtes als rustige hoekjes. 🪵
