Het avondritueel aansteken
Plaats het eenvoudige uiteinde van een stokje in een hittebestendige wierookhouder of asopvangbakje. Steek de gecoate punt aan, laat het kort vlammen, blaas het dan uit zodat de punt gloeit en rook afgeeft.
Brand in een geventileerde ruimte, uit de buurt van gordijnen, huisdieren en kinderen, en laat wierook nooit onbeheerd achter. Laat de as veilig vallen en laat alles afkoelen voordat je opruimt.
Oudh, amethist en intentie
Oudh komt van agarhout en wordt in parfum- en wierooktradities zeer gewaardeerd om zijn rijke, donkere houtkarakter. Wierook en mirre hebben een lange geschiedenis als rituele harsen, vaak gebruikt om rook een ceremoniële diepte te geven.
