Een langzame, warme houtachtige geur ontvouwt zich vanaf de eerste druppel—romig, balsemachtig en stilletjes stralend. Stoomgedestilleerd uit het hout en de takken van Amyris balsamifera, geeft dit pure extract een gemakkelijke, stemmingverhogende gloed aan alledaagse ruimtes. 🌿

Vaak bekend als West-Indische sandelhout, draagt amyris een zachte sandelhoutachtige karakter met honingachtige hars, glad cederhout en een vleugje vanillerook. Gehaald uit het Caribisch gebied, met oorsprong in Jamaica, wordt het ook liefdevol “candlewood” genoemd vanwege het van nature olie-rijke, langzaam brandende hart.
