Koud aanvoelend en diep als de nachtelijke hemel, is dit kleine drakenhoofd gesneden uit sodaliet, waarvan het gepolijste oppervlak subtiel licht vangt. Aders van zacht wit en grijs stromen door het blauw, uitnodigend tot een rustige blik en een stil moment van vasthouden. 🔵

De steen vertoont natuurlijke vlekjes en af en toe donkere insluitsels die diepte toevoegen. De duidelijke bewerking geeft karakter aan de vorm: een langgerekte snuit met gesneden neusgaten, een duidelijke oogkas, een geribbeld voorhoofd en kleine hoornachtige stekels langs de kam.
