Glycerinezeep met een mango-sfeer
Dit is een mango-glycerinezeep in brokvorm, bedoeld om in individuele stukken te snijden in plaats van in zijn geheel te gebruiken. Het oppervlak is glanzend en strak, met een gemarmerd ontwerp dat per brok iets kan verschillen.
Voor huidverzorging houd je het ritueel eenvoudig: schuim met warm water op de handen of het lichaam en spoel daarna goed af.
Gemaakt in Tsjechië
De brok is met de hand vervaardigd in Tsjechië volgens de melt and pour-methode. Deze werkwijze geeft de zeep zijn gladde blokvorm en zorgt ervoor dat kleur en marmering door de hele brok lopen, zodat het patroon doorloopt bij het snijden.
Gewicht en snijadvies
De brok weegt 1,2 kg. Je kunt hem in ongeveer 12 stukken van circa 100 g snijden, afhankelijk van hoe gelijkmatig je snijdt.
Hoe te gebruiken en stevig te houden
Snijd de brok in porties voordat je hem gebruikt en houd de ongebruikte stukken droog tot je ze nodig hebt. Een schone, rechte snede geeft nettere stukken, vooral als je ze als cadeau wilt klaarmaken.
Gebruik elk stuk met warm water, schuim het op en spoel af. Leg het op een zeepbakje met afvoer tussen de wasbeurten door om het langer stevig te houden. Alleen voor uitwendig gebruik.
Een eenvoudige noot over zeepbrokken
Zeepbrokken horen bij dezelfde praktische traditie als marktzepen die op maat worden gesneden, waarbij het blok deels een toonobject is en deels een gebruiksvoorwerp. Er is iets bevredigends aan het zelf kiezen van de dikte, het zien verschijnen van de marmering bij elke snede, en het omtoveren van één royaal stuk in een stapeltje dagelijkse zeepjes. Het voelt huiselijk en doordacht, vooral als een paar plakjes apart worden gehouden voor gasten of worden gebundeld tot kleine cadeautjes.
