Stevige, kegelvormige stukken met schone platte bodems en afgeronde toppen zijn ongeveer 25 mm hoog—iets groter dan typische kegels. Hun matte, roodroze afwerking is zacht getextureerd met fijne spikkels, eenvoudig en onopvallend. In de neus: frisse boomgaardappel voorop, warme kaneel in het hart, en een lichte zoetheid van gebakken fruit die blijft hangen—troostend maar helder. 🍂
