De geur is warm en aards — romig sandelhout met zachte harsachtige zoetheid en een vleugje specerij. Elke matte, aardebruine kegel heeft een kleine holte door de basis; op een backflow-brander geplaatst, verzamelt en stroomt de rook in linten, een waterval in slow motion die de zintuigen kalmeert zonder woorden nodig te hebben. ☁️

Geworteld in de wierooktradities van India, vergezelt sandelhout al lang momenten van devotie, studie en rust. Deze royale doos (ongeveer 500 g, ongeveer 225 kegels; elk ongeveer 3 cm hoog) is gemaakt voor onhaaste avonden en bewuste pauzes. Alleen te gebruiken met backflow-wierookbranders. 🌲

Hoe te gebruiken

Plaats de kegel op een backflow-brander, waarbij je de holte uitlijnt met de opening van de brander op een hittebestendig, vlak oppervlak.
Steek de punt aan, laat deze even gloeien en blaas dan voorzichtig de vlam uit om de neerwaartse stroom te starten.
Houd de ruimte stil om van de waterval te genieten; zorg voor subtiele ventilatie en laat brandende wierook nooit onbeheerd achter.
