Gemaakt in Spanje volgens traditionele koude persing met een voedende olijfoliebasis, staat het als een solide, mat blok met gladde zijkanten en een robuuste, handgesneden kroon in een diepe grijstint. Op de huid vormt het een romige, kussentjesachtige schuimlaag.
