🌿 Een handgebonden bundel witte salie en lavendel—bleek grijs-groene bladeren en takachtige stengels gebonden met wit touw—aangeboden als een oud reinigingsinstrument. Rookreiniging met aromatische kruiden komt in veel culturen voor; in de inheemse tradities van Noord-Amerika wordt witte salie (Salvia apiana) ceremonieel gebruikt om te zuiveren en respect te tonen. Lavendel brengt een zachte, bloemige mildheid die de kruidige salie teder verzacht.

🕯️ Wanneer aangestoken, smeult het bundeltje in gelijkmatige stromen en verspreidt een koele, harsachtige saliegeur met een vleugje lichte, zoete lavendel. De droge, bladachtige omwikkeling brandt langzaam en zendt aromatische rook uit die velen gebruiken om symbolisch zware energie te zuiveren en balans in de ruimte uit te nodigen.

Hoe te gebruiken: Steek de punt aan tot deze vlam vat, blaas dan zachtjes uit zodat het gaat smeulen. Houd boven een vuurvaste schaal en waai de rook rond je huis, altaar, deuropeningen, hoeken of jezelf met je hand of een veer. Houd een raam iets open voor luchtcirculatie. Druk na gebruik de smeulende kool in zand of een schaal tot deze volledig uit is, en laat het nooit onbeheerd achter.
