Wanneer de dag zachter wordt, wordt een simpel kopje een plek om aan te komen. In veel Europese tradities wordt kamille al lang geplukt van zomerweiden en gedeeld in stille momenten van bezinning — een zachte metgezel bij gesprek en rust. 🌾

Deze losse-kruidenmix draait om hele kamillebloemen, met heldere citrus- en lavendelaccenten. In het blik is het een gespikkeld mozaïek — gele hartjes met bleke blaadjes genesteld tussen bladeren en slanke stengels in tinten groen, beige en gebroken wit. De textuur is grof maar luchtig. Adem in en je vindt meidoornbloemen, een frisse bries en een vleugje citroen; in het kopje wordt de vloeistof helder goudkleurig, met een zacht bloemige smaak, warme hooi-noten en een schone, delicate afdronk. 🌼

Een eerbetoon aan ambacht en rust, het is het soort infusie dat welkom is na de maaltijd of voor het slapen — een bewuste pauze die je met beide handen vasthoudt.

Warm je kopje of theepot op en laat de dag zijn tempo vertragen.
Gebruik ongeveer 4 g per 200 ml, water op 95°C. Laat 5–10 minuten trekken, naar smaak.
Ga zitten met de stoom, adem in en neem langzaam een slok. 🍵
