Koel, licht aqua glas rust op warm bruin Gamal-hout — een stille ontmoeting van aarde, vuur en geduldige handen. Het vat is met de hand geblazen in Bali van gerecycled glas en, terwijl het nog warm is, gevormd naar de natuurlijke contouren van het hout zodat de basis en kom bij elkaar horen. 🌿🪵

Dikke, transparante wanden golven zachtjes en vangen het licht; een paar kleine belletjes blijven achter als eerlijke sporen van het maakproces. De open bovenkant, zacht rechthoekige vorm voelt glad aan bij de rand, met afgeronde hoeken die uitnodigen om aangeraakt te worden. Daaronder verzamelt en stroomt het glas waar het het hout ontmoet, volgend op knopen, krommingen en nerf. De basis houdt het stuk vast als een kustlijn — getextureerd, onregelmatig en uniek gevormd door de tijd. Elk stuk draagt zijn eigen karakter; kleine markeringen en variaties weerspiegelen simpelweg zijn weg van werkplaats naar huis. ✨

Zet het op een dressoir of nachtkastje voor een stille aanwezigheid.
