Licht straalt door de melkachtige lagen van deze kleine seleniettoren, zacht verstrooiend als maanlicht op mat glas. In de hand voelt hij koel en stabiel aan—een rustig stuk om een bureau, nachtkastje of een dagelijkse pauze te verankeren. 🌙

Uit Marokkaanse seleniet gesneden in trapvormige, terrassentreden, verschuift elk vlak tussen satijnmat en zachte glans zodat de randen licht vangen en loslaten. Natuurlijke banden en fijne insluitsels voegen diepte toe; geen twee zijn hetzelfde. De bovenkant is zacht afgerond, de basis vlak voor gemakkelijke plaatsing. Ca. H 5 cm, B 3,5 cm, ~100 g. Fijne strepen nodigen uit tot aanraking, en de treden zijn glad in plaats van scherp. Ga voorzichtig om—seleniet is een zacht mineraal. ✨

Vernoemd naar Selene, de Griekse personificatie van de maan, wordt seleniet vaak geassocieerd met helderheid, reflectie en rustige kalmte.
