Tussen je vingers voelt een kort gevlochten touwtje van bleek, met de hand gedraaid papier licht maar stevig aan. Deze traditionele Nepalese wierook wordt zorgvuldig met de hand gerold en gevlochten in de Himalaya, en verspreidt geur in een kalme, gelijkmatige smeul. 🏔️

Witte en rode sandelhout voeren met zacht, romig hout; Himalaya sal dhoop (saldup) hars voegt diepte toe; spikenard brengt een aardse zoetheid; kaneel en kruidnagel stralen een zachte warmte uit. De rook is fluweelachtig en vol—één touwtje creëert een geaard, tempelachtig sfeer. In Nepal en in Zuid-Aziatische tradities wordt sandelhout geassocieerd met sereniteit, toewijding en bewuste aanwezigheid; wierook begeleidt dagelijkse offers in stoepa's en huisaltaren als een stille herinnering om terug te keren naar de adem. 🌿

🧵 Met de hand gevlochten vorm: Korte, taps toelopende touwtjes branden langzaam en schoon.
🌿 Himalaya botanicals: Sandelhout, sal dhoop hars, spikenard, kaneel en kruidnagel.
🕰️ Ongehaaste verbranding: Ongeveer 15 minuten per touwtje.

🔥 Hoe te branden: Steek de taps toelopende punt aan tot deze vlam vat, waai dan voorzichtig de vlam uit tot een gloeiende kool. Plaats het vlechtwerk op een asbed of een vuurvaste schaal/houder. Zorg voor goede luchtcirculatie en gebruik spaarzaam—touwwierook kan aanzienlijke rook produceren en snel een kleine ruimte geuren.
