Licht glijdt over glanzende facetten en nestelt zich in heldere en melkachtige vlakken — een natuurlijk kunstwerk gevormd in vulkanisch gesteente door de tijd. Koel aanvoelend, scherp in profiel, stilletjes stralend. ✨

Deze witte apofylietcluster toont een heldere glasachtige glans, variërend van transparant tot zacht bewolkt. In elkaar gegroeide kristallen rijzen op in scherpe toppen, hun interne breuken en kleine insluitsels vangen het licht. Sommige stukken rusten op een donkergrijze tot zwarte basaltmatrix, een opvallend contrast dat de groei omlijst en de schittering verdiept. Ruw en onbewerkt, de randen blijven trouw aan de aarde. 🪨

Vormgegeven in de holtes van de Deccan basaltstromen in India, wordt apofyliet door verzamelaars bewonderd vanwege zijn helderheid en reflecterende vlakken. De naam komt van Griekse wortels die "afschilferen" betekenen, een verwijzing naar de perfecte splijting en delicate lagen — een kleine mineraalgeschiedenis die je kunt vasthouden.

Ca. 20–30 mm; 10–30 g. Elk stuk is uniek, met natuurlijke variatie in grootte, vorm en helderheid. Verkocht als één individuele cluster.

Zet het neer waar licht de facetten kan bereiken — een bureau, boekenplank, vensterbank of een mindful altaar. Combineer met donker hout, leisteen of een eenvoudig keramisch schaaltje om de structuur te laten stralen. 🏡
