Amazonite, polished and shaped in India
Amazonite is a variety of microcline feldspar, coloured by trace amounts of lead and water within its crystal lattice. It forms in granite pegmatites, often alongside quartz and mica, and takes millions of years to develop its characteristic blue-green hue. The stone is found in several regions worldwide, but this set comes from India, where it is cut and polished into decorative shapes.
How to place and care for them
