Four rings, one balance
Your ring is set by your last 12 months. Each one lifts your cashback.
- Guest 3% backpays up to 5% Before your first order
- Friend 4% backpays up to 6% From your first order
- Kindred 5% backpays up to 8% £120 or 3 orders a year
- Keeper 6% backpays up to 10% £300 or 6 orders a year
The higher your ring, the more your balance pays: from 5% to 10% of each order.
What it looks like
As a Friend, an order of £50 adds £2 to your balance, and on an order of £50 your balance can pay up to £3.
Good to know
When can I use my cashback?
35 days after the order, once the return window has passed. Until then you see it as pending.
Does my balance expire?
The welcome gift never does. Cashback lasts 6 months from your latest order, and every new order moves that date on.
Is there a minimum?
The products in your cart need to come to at least £20. The balance pays for products, not for delivery.
Does every product earn the same?
Almost every product earns your ring's full rate. Essential oils, incense and other everyday basics earn 3% at every ring.
Can I combine it with a discount code?
No, one discount per order. Your balance waits for the next one.
What if I return something?
The cashback from that order shrinks in proportion, and any balance you used comes back to you in proportion.
