A tree in two layers: pale mango wood on the outside, a glossy green core set into the middle, so the whole shape seems to glow from within. It reads as a quiet winter woodland in a single piece, warm grain against deep, enamelled green.

★★★★★ L.Beautiful
I did not buy this to hang on the wall but to protect my settee from my dog's muddy paws, when we return from a walk. This way, I have my side (with this) and he has his side - the problem is that he likes my side better now but not a problem as it is far easier to wash then the settee's cushions…

★★★★★ M.Lovely picture.
Lovely picture. The listing said framed, so I was expecting a frame but it actually means canvas is just framed at the back it doesn't have a surround frame on the front. Very happy with it tho a great finishing touch to newly-decorated bedroom.

★★★★★ V.B.As advertised
Really lovely. We fitted this to a door and it looks good. Do check you know what size you're getting as the advert shows the larger one. We measured and went for the smaller one, which is fairly different to the image shown.

About this product
What you'll notice
- The green centre is glossy and catches the light, so its colour shifts as the day moves across it.
- The wooden outline is cut into soft, drooping tiers, like boughs weighed down by snow.
- The mango wood shows its natural grain in honey and caramel tones, with ripples and variations that differ from piece to piece.
- The green core sits inside the wooden frame, which gives the tree real depth rather than a flat silhouette.
- The mix of matte wood and shiny enamel works as a small point of contrast on a plain wall.
Mango wood and enamelled green
The outer layer is real mango wood, finished so the grain stays visible. Inside it sits a rich green core with an enamelled, glossy surface. Because the wood is natural, expect small differences in tone and pattern from tree to tree. That variation is part of the charm of a wooden piece.
A tree on the wall
Trees have long stood for steadiness and renewal in many traditions, and an evergreen in winter is perhaps the clearest picture of that. Here it is reduced to a simple, graphic outline, which suits a calm hallway, a reading corner or a bare stretch above a mantel. The green gives a seasonal note, but the wood keeps it from feeling strictly festive, so it can stay up well beyond December.
Size and details
The tree measures 29 × 18.5 × 2.5 cm. It is a modest, medium-sized piece, easy to group with other small frames or to let stand alone. The 2.5 cm depth comes from the layered build. No fixings are mentioned in the details we hold, so plan your own way of hanging or propping it.
Looking after it
Wipe the wood and the glossy centre with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from damp, as untreated wood does not like prolonged moisture, and avoid harsh cleaners on the enamel.
