★★★★★ P.Lovely warm scent of violets
I took a chance since the other review mentioned there was hardly any scent. However I found the one I received was strong enough to fill the room nicely. Maybe it's a quality control thing, either old batch as simmering granules do loose their potently the longer you store them, or not enough oils…

★★★★★ S.Beautiful scent
Really value for money however the scent doesn't last more than a cpl of hrs at best, we have been putting a teaspoon of water in with the granules and the scent is lasting much longer & just as strong!!! The scent is much smoother than the cones or sticks

About this product
Pink granules, warmed gently
- The granules sit directly in the reservoir of an oil burner, so there is no water bowl to top up.
- An unscented tealight beneath the dish warms them slowly, releasing scent into the room.
- The loose format makes the fragrance easy to adjust: use a little for a softer background, or a fuller spoonful when you want more presence.
- The bright pink colour adds a small visual moment before the burner is lit.
- Once the fragrance has faded, let the burner cool fully, then remove and replace the used granules.
Raspberry with a peppered finish
Raspberry brings the juicy, red-fruit side of the fragrance, familiar and cheerful without feeling heavy. Black pepper gives the blend a warmer, drier contrast, keeping the sweetness from becoming too sugary.
It suits a living room before guests arrive, a hallway that needs a lift, or a bathroom where a small bowl of fragrance can sit quietly in the background.
Ways to use the fragrance
Place a spoonful of granules in the top dish of an oil burner. Do not add water or fragrance oil. Warm gently with an unscented tealight beneath, making sure the burner is on a stable, heat-safe surface.
You can also place a small amount in a bowl to scent enclosed spaces such as bathrooms or cupboards. Keep loose granules away from children, pets, fabrics and polished surfaces, and never leave a lit tealight unattended.
A simple alternative to oils
Simmering granules are made for people who like the atmosphere of a scented burner but prefer a tidier routine. They do not need dilution, and they are not self-lighting incense. Instead, the scent is released by gentle warmth from the burner below, turning fragrance into a small, repeatable home ritual.
Size and details
Contains 210 g of raspberry and black pepper simmering granules. Made in the United Kingdom. The granules are shown in a vivid pink shade, though colour may vary slightly from batch to batch.
A thoughtful scented gift
A good choice for someone who enjoys home fragrance, cosy evening rituals, or changing the mood of a room with scent. The raspberry and black pepper blend feels bright enough for daytime, with enough warmth for darker evenings.
