These are genuine hand-rolled masala incense sticks, made in Jaipur, India, by Aromatika. In masala incense, the fragrant paste is rolled onto the stick before drying, giving a fuller style than a lightly scented stick.

Light the coated tip, let it flame briefly, then blow it out so the end glows and releases smoke. Place the plain end in a heat-resistant incense holder or ash catcher, away from draughts, fabrics and polished surfaces.

Each stick burns for 20 minutes or more. Use in a ventilated space and never leave burning incense unattended.
