500ml Storage Jar, Kilner

• The clear glass keeps the contents in view, so colour and texture become part of the display.
• The rounded shape feels softer than a straight-sided jar, with a generous-looking belly and a neat raised lid.
• The wire clip gives the lid a purposeful, tactile feel each time you open and close it.
• It suits more than the pantry: sweets, dry kitchen staples, cotton pads, guest soaps or small bathroom pieces all sit well inside.
• Left empty, it still has presence, catching light across the glass curves and looking clean rather than cluttered.

The jar is made from glass, with a transparent body that lets the contents do the decorating. The photo shows a rounded profile, a glass lid and a wire clip closure, giving it a classic preserving-jar look without making the cupboard feel too practical.

Use it wherever you want small things gathered and easy to reach. It works especially well for visible storage, where the jar becomes part of the room rather than something to hide away.

Fill it only when clean and dry. Because the jar is transparent, it is particularly good for contents you like to see at a glance.

Hand wash only. It is not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher, so clean it gently by hand and leave it to dry fully before refilling.

Kilner jars are closely associated with home preserving and visible pantry storage, the kind of practical object that has moved from cupboard workhorse to open-shelf display. This one carries that familiar language into modern everyday use: clear glass, a rounded form and a clip-top silhouette that feels at home beside tea, sweets, bath salts or neatly folded bathroom essentials.

Capacity: 500 ml. Weight: 540 g. Material: glass. Origin: China. It is sold empty.

A thoughtful choice for someone who likes an organised kitchen, a calm bathroom shelf or the slow pleasure of decanting everyday things into something nicer to use.
