Simmering Granules Passion Boudoir Bedroom

• The colour is part of the ritual: bright pink granules that look decorative even before the burner is lit.
• The fragrance is designed for bedroom-style ambience, suited to slow evenings, dressing tables and quiet corners.
• A small amount gives you control. Add a little for a gentle background scent, then refresh when the aroma fades.
• They offer a simple alternative to liquid fragrance oils, with no water to measure into the burner dish.
• The loose texture makes them easy to sprinkle into a burner reservoir or onto a decorative plate for room scenting.

These are loose simmering granules from the Home Comforts Simmering Granules range, made in the United Kingdom. The grains are visibly bright pink, with a crystalline look that catches the light in the bowl.

They are best understood by their use: scented granules for warming gently in an oil or wax burner, rather than incense that is lit directly.

Place a small amount in the reservoir of a suitable oil or wax burner. Do not add water. The gentle heat from an unscented tealight beneath the dish, or from an electric burner, warms the granules and releases the fragrance.

No flame should touch the granules themselves. Top up or replace them once the scent fades, and allow the burner dish to cool fully before handling or cleaning.

They can also be used to scent letters, refresh ashtrays, or add fragrance to a decorative plate. Keep them away from children, pets and surfaces that may stain.

Passion Boudoir is made for intimate, decorative home scenting rather than a busy, functional clean. Use it before guests arrive, while getting ready for an evening out, or as a soft fragrance backdrop in a bedroom. In the wider tradition of home fragrance, simmering granules sit between oils, wax melts and loose incense: they are warmed rather than burned, giving the ritual of a burner with a simple, dry format.
