Elephant Tree Wall Art, Cotton

• The central tree rises from the elephant’s back, giving the design a calm, rooted symmetry.
• The black motif sits sharply against the bright background, so it reads clearly from across a room.
• Small circular details and hanging shapes add movement without making the design feel busy.
• The cotton surface brings a softer presence than a paper print, especially in bedrooms, studios and quiet corners.
• The border gives it a finished look, with enough contrast to sit well on pale or coloured walls.

Made from cotton and originating in India, this piece belongs to the Cotton Wall Hangings range. The photo shows a printed textile design with a dark outer border and a full-colour central panel. Choose a method that suits your wall and avoids marking the fabric.

In Indian visual traditions, the elephant is often associated with steadiness, wisdom and auspicious presence, while the tree is a long-standing symbol of growth, shelter and connection. Together, they make this design feel grounded rather than purely decorative. The tree’s branches fill the upper space like a canopy, while the elephant anchors the lower half, creating a balanced motif for a meditation corner, living room or creative workspace.

• Material: cotton.
• Origin: India.
• Size: 78 cm wide × 112 cm high.
• Weight: 95 g.
• Design: elephant and tree motif with a black border and multicoloured background.

Hang it flat against the wall using a gentle textile-friendly method, such as clips, a rod or suitable wall fixings. Keep it away from prolonged damp and avoid harsh rubbing on the printed surface. For light dust, use a dry cloth or a soft brush.

This suits someone who likes symbolic design, Indian-inspired interiors or soft textile art with a strong visual centre. It works especially well as a housewarming gift, a studio piece, or a considered present for someone creating a calmer corner at home.
