The First Hour: Morning Ritual Gift Set

1. Put a heaped teaspoon of tea in the strainer, hang the quartz over the rim of the mug, and pour water that has rested off the boil for a few minutes.
2. While it steeps, write three lines by hand: whatever is at the top of your mind, not a to-do list.
3. Lift out the strainer, open the window, give the room one spray of citrus, and start the day only then.

• 50 g of loose Sencha green and Pai Mu Tan white tea with apple and cinnamon, in a kraft pouch. Contains almond.

• One 100 ml room spray, Citrus Fresh: lemon, orange and lemongrass over a soft woody base, in amber glass.

The pieces arrive together in one parcel. They are not gift-wrapped. The spray bottle is glass and is packed with care.
