Flat Pack Gift Box - Wine Box Shape (33.5 × 10 × 10.5 cm) - Brown Craft

• The matte, natural brown of the craft surface has a soft, papery grain that looks warm and unfussy, and sits easily with ribbon, a sprig of greenery or a handwritten tag.
• A stitched, tan-coloured carry handle sits in a cut-out on the long side, with small gold-toned fittings at each end, so the box can be carried by hand like a small case.
• The clean rectangular shape reads as intentional. A bottle lies inside rather than poking out of a bag, which changes how a gift arrives at the door.
• The lid closes along one long edge with a neat, hinged fold, so opening it feels like a small unveiling rather than tearing paper.

This is a flat pack box: it is supplied folded flat and opens out into its long, wine-box shape. That makes it easy to keep a few in a drawer and put one together when an occasion comes up. The sides are plain and square-edged, and the handle panel is the only decorative detail, which keeps the look simple and lets the contents do the talking.

Assembled, the box measures 33.5 × 10 × 10.5 cm, a long, slim format designed around a standard wine bottle and gifts of a similar shape. It comes in a single brown craft colour.

It suits the moments when a gift needs to feel prepared: a dinner invitation, a housewarming, a thank-you to a neighbour, an end-of-year gesture to a colleague. The brown craft finish is understated enough for any occasion, and it works equally well dressed up with a ribbon or left plain. Slim gifts that are not wine, such as a long candle, a scarf rolled tightly or a set of tea tins, can sit in it too, though it is worth checking against the measurements above before you commit.

In Japan, the idea of tsutsumu treats wrapping as part of the gift itself, an act that honours both the person giving and the person receiving. A box like this carries a little of that spirit. The presentation is simple, but it says that time was taken, and that the present deserved more than a carrier bag.

For anyone who tends to bring a bottle and feel the packaging let it down, this is a quick way to bring the gesture up to the same standard as the contents.
