The rooibos blend
This is a rooibos-based herbal tisane, not a true tea from Camellia sinensis. The result is soft, spiced and gently fruity, closer to apple pudding than sharp fruit tea.
How to brew it
Use 2-3 g per 200 ml of water at 95°C, then steep for 4-5 minutes. Rooibos is forgiving, so it keeps its smoothness well, even when you want a slightly deeper, more rounded cup.
