About this product

Sweet floral smoke, softly lingering
  • The fragrance opens with the recognisable Nag Champa sweetness, giving the room a mellow, incense-shop warmth.
  • Its floral character sits close to the smoke rather than feeling sharp or perfumed.
  • Use it when you want to mark a pause: before reading, after tidying, or at the end of the day.
  • The blue Satya box has a familiar devotional look, with red and cream labelling shown on the front.
  • The slim stick format is easy to place in a simple incense holder or ash catcher.
Hand-rolled coated incense on bamboo

These are hand-rolled coated incense sticks on bamboo. The coated portion carries the fragrance, while the plain bamboo end sits in the holder.

How to burn it safely

Light the coated tip, let it flame briefly, then blow it out so the end glows and releases smoke. Place the plain end in a heat-resistant incense holder or ash catcher, away from draughts, fabrics and open windows.

Burn incense in a ventilated room and never leave it unattended. Allow the ash to cool fully before clearing it away.

A classic scent from India

Nag Champa is closely linked with temple shops, yoga spaces and home altars around the world. The fragrance has become a quiet ritual scent in its own right: floral, smoky and nostalgic without needing much ceremony. In practice, people often burn it to mark a transition, settle into a meditation seat, or give a room a more considered atmosphere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Classic Fragrance, Perfect for Relaxing, but Not for Everyone

I've been using Satya Nag Champa Incense Sticks for a while now, and I can see why they're so popular. The scent is iconic, and it definitely creates a calming atmosphere, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Here's my breakdown:Pros:Amazing Fragrance: The scent of Nag Champa is soothing and earthy, with a slightly sweet, floral undertone. It's the perfect balance between fresh and warm, creating a peaceful and grounding atmosphere. It's my go-to for when I want to relax or meditate.Long Burn Time: These incense sticks burn for quite a while, so you get a good amount of time to enjoy the fragrance. It's perfect for when I want to wind down after a long day, or even when I'm setting the mood for a quiet evening at home.Affordable: For the quality and quantity, the price is great. You get a good number of sticks in a pack, which lasts quite a while, so it's a cost-effective option for regular incense users.Authentic Aroma: Satya is a well-known brand in the incense world, and their Nag Champa sticks don't disappoint. The fragrance feels authentic and not artificial like some other brands I've tried. It's the real deal.Cons:Strong Fragrance – Might Be Too Much for Some: The fragrance is bold and can be overwhelming if you're sensitive to scents or prefer something more subtle. It's not the kind of incense you can burn in a small room with the windows closed for too long unless you really love the scent.Slightly Smoky: While this is common with most incense, the smoke can be a bit much for some people. If you're sensitive to smoke or don't have good ventilation, it could be a little off-putting.Not for Those Who Prefer Lighter Scents: If you're someone who enjoys more delicate or floral fragrances, Nag Champa might not be your first choice. It's a heavier, earthy scent that's definitely not for everyone.Overall: Satya Nag Champa Incense Sticks are a fantastic choice if you love the classic, grounding scent of Nag Champa. They burn well, last a while, and fill the room with a calming aroma. However, the fragrance can be a bit strong for some, so it might not be ideal for everyone. If you're a fan of incense and enjoy a bold, earthy fragrance, it's definitely worth a try!

Quality incense - the best I've found

These are my favourite incense sticks!Good quality, nice scent that lasts and doesn't have an artificial /perfumey smell. Basically it smells like incense should! Rich, earthy but sweet, heady and authentic (if that makes sense)The scent lingers which I love, and I put the unopened boxed in my clothes drawers and wardrobe instead of scented drawer liners. If my windows and doors are closed and I've got one burning the room can get a tad hazy but not overly so.I find I sometimes just burn half a stick and that's enough to get the room smelling lovely.I get a lot of positive comments when people pop round my flat if I've been burning one of these that day-and always recommend this scent and brand.I got 3packs for under £3 - amazing value!
