Wiry dark leaves are laced with dusky-violet petals and tiny sunlit flecks—a visual hush before the cup. On the nose: sparkling bergamot with a floral whisper. On the palate: brisk and rounded, citrus-bright with a gentle malt and a lingering, perfumed finish. Beautiful neat, and equally welcoming with a dash of milk or a plant-based companion.

Brewing, unhurried

Warm your cup and teapot; measure 2–3 g per 200 ml.
Pour water just off the boil (90–95°C), then steep 3–4 minutes.
