Single Cotton Bedspread And Wall Hanging – Buddha

• Used on a bed, it softens the space with a light layer of patterned cotton.
• Hung on a wall, it works as a large textile feature without the hardness of framed art.
• The Buddha design suits a meditation corner, bedroom, reading space or studio wall.
• It is easy to restyle, moving between bed, sofa back, wall and seasonal room refreshes.
• The cotton feel keeps it informal, more relaxed than a formal tapestry or heavy throw.

This piece is made from cotton and handmade in India. It has the easy drape of a fabric designed for everyday styling, with enough presence to hold its own as wall decor.

For wall display, use gentle clips, a textile hanger, or a rod system that holds the fabric without piercing it. If you prefer it on a bed, shake it out before dressing the room so the cotton falls more naturally.

Printed cotton textiles are usually best washed gently in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not wring. Dry flat or in shade, and iron the printed side from the reverse on a moderate setting.

In Buddhist art, images of the Buddha are often connected with stillness, reflection and the discipline of a centred mind. Here, the figure works as visual language rather than a religious instruction: a calm symbol placed into daily surroundings. As a wall hanging, it can frame a quiet corner. As a bedspread, it brings that same mood into the softer rituals of rest, reading and morning light.
