Each cone has an approximate burn time of 30 minutes. Airflow, room temperature and the style of burner can affect how the smoke moves, so place the burner away from draughts for the clearest cascade.

Place one cone flat-side down on a suitable backflow incense burner. Light the tip, allow a small flame to catch, then gently blow it out so the ember glows and the smoke begins to flow through the burner.
