Each stick is coated incense on a bamboo core. The finish is slender and even, with the coated section shown in a dusky pink shade and the plain bamboo end left visible for holding and placing in a burner.

Light the coated tip, let it catch briefly, then blow out the flame so the end glows and releases smoke. Place the plain bamboo end in a heat-resistant incense holder or ash catcher, away from curtains, papers and draughts.

Burn in a ventilated room and never leave incense unattended. Let ash fall naturally, then clear it once fully cool.
